By this application, the respondent No.1 (employee) prays that the petitioner be directed to permit the respondent No.1 to join on his post with continuity in service. The advocate for the petitioner has filed pursis dated 30th November 2018 and along with pursis communication sent by the President of the petitioner society to the Advocate is placed on record. The petitioner has stated that the respondent (employee) will be allowed to join on the post in V.M.I.E.T., Nagpur administered by Semana Vidya Va Van Vikas Prashikshan Mandal.

Accepting the submission made in the communication dated 11th October 2018, the civil application is allowed.
