Learned counsel for petitioner has pointed out, more particularly, paragraph 6(at Page No.25) by which it was directed by the learned trial Court that Court Commissioner shall report the compliance within 60 days from the receipt of date of commission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that he will prefer an appropriate application before the learned trial Court. If such application is moved, the learned trial Court is requested to decide it within 30 days and if found necessary appropriate direction can be issued against police authorities also. 3.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of.
