Perusal of the notice reveals that since the petitioner submitted an application seeking Information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act) in respect of the security provided to the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh, the petitioner is summoned for recording of statement.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. N.S. Rao fairly states that no further action shall be taken by the police department on the basis of the notice impugned.
