The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks.

The submission is that impugned order came to be passed during vacation and as Bhatta was not paid, writ petition came to be dismissed. On perusal of order, it appears that the same was passed on 8.5.2015 i.e. during vacation. Hence, considering the grievance of applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, Writ Petition No.6393/2014 is restored to the file.
