This is an application filed by applicant-original respondent No.1 for withdrawal of remaining 25% amount deposited by the appellant before this Court. 2.

The appeal filed on behalf of the VIDC was settled before the National Lok Adalat on 22.4.2018 and the VIDC had withdrawn the said appeal.

In view of disposal of the appeal, the present application is allowed and disposed of. Applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw remaining 25% amount deposited by the VIDC along with interest accrued thereon. JUDGE !! BRW !!
