This is an application for setting aside the abatement against the respondent no.6 and for application for bringing legal representative of respondent no.6 on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that proposed legal representatives of 6(a) Prakash Ganpatrao Ambulkar is served.

Shri Hajare, learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal representative of respondent no.6 (a) has no objection to allow this application. 4.

Other respondents are also not having serious objection.
