By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in preferring the first appeal. 2.

By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 31/01/2022 rkn

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, and implementation of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Appeal be placed before the Court after service of non-applicants.
