This is an application filed by the State Co-operative Election Authority, through its Authorized Representative, for intervention and to join as a party respondent in the petition. 2.

Having regards to the contents of the application, the petitioner has conveyed no objection to allow the application. Hence, the application is allowed.

The intervenor be joined as respondent No.4 to the petition. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 submits that their affidavit-in-reply is being filed today itself. 6.

In view of the controversy involved in the petition, it is clarified that the election for Managing Committee of respondent No.3Maharashtra State Co-operative Tribal Development Corporation, Nashik, may go on according to the election program and as per the amended bylaws. However, the same shall be subject to the final adjudication of the instant petition.

Put up the matter for further consideration on 01st October 2025.

In the meantime, parties are entitled to file their respective affidavits-in-reply.
