By this application, he seeks early hearing of the matter.

The appellant is 75 years old person and also suffering from Alzheimer's Dementia and comorbid diabetes and paralysis and requested for the early hearing. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application though the appeal is of the year 2018 and the pendency of the appeal before this Court is of the year 2004-2005, the appeal be listed for final disposal on 18/10/2024.
