The parties have willingly and amicably settled their dispute on the terms and conditions mentioned in the settlement agreement filed on record. It is marked as "Exh.X" for identification. The agreement is duly signed by the appellant and the respondent no.1/claimant as well as their Advocates. 2.

Respondent No.1 Smt. Leela Ramkrushna Mhasne is present through Video Conference from DLSA, Akola. She is duly identified by her counsel Shri S. S. Gaikwad. On behalf of the appellant, the incumbent Project Director Shri Mahesh Patil is personally present. He identified the signature of erstwhile Project Director Shri Salunkhe appearing on the settlement agreement. The incumbent Project Director and respondent no.1 admit the terms of the settlement agreement and its execution.

Therefore, the Arbitration Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement executed between the parties. The Award be drawn up accordingly. 4.

Though the appellant has sought time to deposit the Court Fees, since the appellant is entitled for 100% refund of the Court Fees, the deposit of the Court Fee by the appellant is dispensed with.
