This is an application for seeking condonation of 8 days delay caused in filing the second appeal. 2.

On perusal of the application and Document No. 1, filed alongwith the application it appears that the appeal was filed through e-filing mode on 26.11.2024. It appears that, due to some technical reasons, the date of filing of appeal is reflected as 03.12.2024.

In view of the above, the delay of 8 days, stated to have been caused in filing the second appeal is condoned.
