It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the Education Officer (Secondary) has granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner on 24/2/2020. 2] In view of aforesaid, the cause for prosecuting the Writ Petition now does not survive. It is disposed of.

3] Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by imposition of any condition on which such approval is granted, she is free to take appropriate steps in that regard.
