DATE : 17.12.2015 Shri Pande, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Tidke, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in this case stands answered in favour of the petitioner by the judgment dated 14.10.2015 in a bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No.2743/2015 and others. It is stated that similar orders of the District Marketing Officer were challenged in the decided writ petitions. It is stated that in the instant case also the petitioner was blacklisted without affording any opportunity to the petitioner.
Shri Meghe, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.3 does not dispute the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
1712wp6643.15.odt Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 14.10.2015 in the bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No.2743/2015 and others, we allow this writ petition. The impugned order of blacklisting the petitioner is quashed and set aside. The respondent - Federation is free to take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
Order accordingly. No costs.
