DATED : OCTOBER 11, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Considering that the Tribunal itself granted the compensation only to respondents No.1 to 3, this application is being considered only on their behalf. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is partly allowed and respondents No. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by appellant insurance company in this Court, subject to filing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial), within a period of 3 weeks from today.
