The petition stands disposed of by issuing following directions - The respondent No.1 shall decide the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight weeks from the passing of this order. After deciding the application, the respondent No.2 shall take appropriate steps in compliance with the

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
