Sinha, Advocate for petitioner CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.
DATE : 24/01/2023 1.
It is not disputed that the salary of the petitioner, is Rs.85,000/- per month, considering which, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gondia has granted an interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month for the respondent/wife. Though a further sum of Rs.20,000/- has also been granted for the support and education of the son, there is no challenge to that part of the order. 2.
It is contended that the respondent/wife, is working as an Angawadi Sevika and is drawing an honorarium of Rs.8,530/-, as against which, the petitioner is working as a teacher in the High School and is having the above emolument.
902 WP 567 of 2023.odt 3.
Considering the salary drawn by the petitioner, the amount of maintenance awarded to the respondent/wife, appears to be reasonable, considering which, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
