MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION (ST) NO. 21420 OF 2015. Heard.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to some difficulty, the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated period. He further submits that if some time is granted, the learned Counsel would remove the office objections.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Restore the petition to its file subject to removal of the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
