The applicant claims to be daughter of one of the widows of deceased Tukaram. She also stalls her claim of getting retiral benefits of deceased employee on account of Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 08/10/2018.

We are of the view that, she is entitled to agitate her rights apart from the merits. The intervention is allowed.

WRIT PETITION NO. 1422 OF 2017 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the intervention application, if she desires so. 4.
