This application is filed by the applicant-respondent no.1 for withdrawal of the amount deposited as per the award in the Reference Court at Yavatmal.

Heard the learned Advocate for both the sides. 3.

Considering the grounds stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed.

Reference Court, Yavatmal is directed to pay 75% amount, out of total amount of Rs.48,08,552/-, along with accrued interest thereon, on usual undertaking. The appellant-acquiring body is directed to deposit the interest of the said amount within a period of twelve weeks from today and if not deposited, submit the details regarding the same.
