This application is filed by the applicant-respondent no.1 to withdraw the entire principal compensation amount of Rs.66,92,329/- deposited by the appellant in LRD No.20/2023 in the Reference Court at Yavatmal, along with accrued interest thereon. Perused the application. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 4.

The Reference Court, Yavatmal is directed to pay the amount of Rs.66,92,329/- to the applicant-respondent no.1, along with accrued interest thereon, on usual undertaking. 5.

The application is allowed and disposed.
