The Writ Petition was rejected by the Registry for non-removal of office objections. The present Miscellaneous Civil Application is taken out for recall of that order. Since there is a delay of 24 days in taking out the Misc. Civil Application, the present civil application is taken out for condonation of that delay. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the Misc. Civil Application is allowed by recalling and setting aside the rejection order and restoring the petition to file. The petitioner shall now remove all office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under the appropriate rule without reference to this Court.

Civil Application and Miscellaneous Civil Application are disposed of accordingly.
