Mr P. S. Patil, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, upon instructions of the Secretary of respondent No.1, who is present in the Court today, makes a statement, that the subsistence allowance, including the arrears shall be paid to the petitioners within a period of two months from today. 2.

The statement is accepted as a statement to the Court, which according to the learned counsel for the petitioners satisfies the grievance raised in both the petitions, considering which both the petitions are disposed of in terms of the statement.
