M.C.A.ST.NO.19335/24 (Rest.) By the present application, the applicant is seeking restoration of Misc. Civil Application St.No.11348/2024 for review, which came to be dismissed in terms of order dated 05.08.2024 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial). By the aforesaid order, Registrar (Judicial) had directed the petitioner to remove the office objections within two weeks with a rider that in case of failure to do so, the application shall not be registered.

The applicant failed to remove the office objection. Accordingly, the order came to be passed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will diligently attend the registry and remove the office objections by 14.11.2024.

(2) 907ca1309.24 On the basis of the aforesaid assurance, the application is allowed. Order dated 05.08.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. Misc. Civil Application (St.) No.11348/2024 is restored on the file. The applicant shall remove office objections by 14.11.2024, failing which the order impugned shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.
