This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring second appeal. Delay is of 274 days. 2.

On 11.3.2019, Notices on the present application were issued. Office note shows that the respondents are served on 5.7.2019, 13.6.2019, and 6.7.2019 respectively. Inspite of the service, nobody has put appearance on their behalf.

Today, the present application is taken up for consideration. Neither none of the respondents is present nor any Advocate filed Vakalatnama on their behalf. 4.

The present application is filed on affidavit. Reasons are given in the application at paragraph No.1. Those are on affidavit. Since statement made on affidavit remained uncontroverted, in this view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the present application needs to be allowed and is allowed. The delay is condoned.
