By this writ petition, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondent no.2 to permit the petitioners to appear at the First Year B.A.M.S. examination, even after the sixth attempt. Shri Thombre, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2-University, states on instructions that during the pendency of the writ petition, in view of a circular, the petitioners were granted an additional chance of appearing at the examination and the petitioners had appeared for the same. It is stated that due to the subsequent development, the grievance of the petitioners should stand redressed.

In view of the statements made on behalf of the respondent no.2-University, that are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
