Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

By way of present application, the applicants/petitioners pray for early hearing of the petition. 3.

It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this petition is limited one. Perusal of the prayer of the petition shows that the petitioners are seeking monetary benefits in terms of Government Resolution dated 11/12/1999 on the ground that they are possessing the requisite qualification, namely, Ph.D. at the time of entry in service as lecturer in Senior College. The order of this Court dated 6/4/2017 reads as under :-

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitions filed in the year 2010 are already listed for final hearing disposal.

No ground is made out to grant out of turn hearing of the petition. In view of the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, if the petitions of the year 2010 are posted for final hearing in the cause-list, the present petition be added to that list of the petitions.
