VASANTI A. NAIK AND PRASANNA B. VARALE, JJ.

DATE : 09.12.2015 None for the petitioner. We have perused the writ petition as also the impugned order, dated 9.4.2015. On a reading of the impugned order, it appears that it would not be in the interest of justice to quash and set aside the order of suspension, dated 9.4.2015, as the petitioner was suspended after a Three Member Committee, constituted for enquiring into the allegations against the petitioner in respect of the outraging of the modesty of a girl student, had submitted a report that the petitioner had sexually harassed the student and uttered obscene words.

In view of the reasons recorded by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli for effecting the suspension of the petitioner after the receipt of the enquiry report from the Three Member Committee, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order, in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. In the circumstances of the case, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
