When we were about to reject the application with costs, a statement is made by the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions from the officers, who are present in the court today, that the applicant is not desirous of pressing the application so as to seek the modification of the order dated 06.10.2016 in respect of depositing the cheque for the compensation payable to the petitioner in this court and the applicant would press the application only for grant of some time to deposit the amount in this court. It is stated that the applicant would deposit the amount payable to the petitioner, in this court on or before 21.10.2016. By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, we dispose of the application. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
