DATE : September 27, 2017 By this application it is prayed that the decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By said decree, the appellants have been directed to deliver possession of the suit property to the respondents.

As the appeal has been admitted and the order of status quo is operating since 01/03/2017, during pendency of the appeal, the execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed. However parties shall not create third party interest in the suit property. Civil application is disposed of.
