This is an application for restoration of the writ petition.

The petitioner filed writ petition challenging order passed by scrutiny committee in favour of respondent No.1. (nonapplicant No. herein) Notices in this writ petition were issued on 4.5.2017. In spite of the sufficient time granted to the petitioner to furnish copy of the writ petition for issuing notices to respondent No.1, the said was not supplied and, therefore, Registrar (J) on 1.9.2017 dismissed the writ petition against respondent No.1 only. The writ petition is thus pending so far as respondent Nos.2 and 3 in this writ petition are concerned. 3.

This civil application was filed on 21.9.2017. When this application came up for orders on 28.1.2021, learned counsel for the applicant and the applicant were absent and, therefore, in order to give a chance to the applicant, the matter was adjourned to today.

Today also, when this application was called out, learned counsel for the applicant and the applicant are absent. .....2/-

After having gone through contents of the application, I am of view that no sufficient reason is furnished by the applicant for restoration of the writ petition qua nonapplicant No.1. 6.

In this view of the matter, the misc. civil application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
