Heard.

As pointed out by the learned Advocate for the applicants, there is an inadvertent mistake which required to be corrected and it occurred in the memorandum of Misc. Civil Application itself. The reason for the inadvertent mistake is explained in the civil application.

In the facts of the case, the following order is passed.

The applicant is permitted to amend the memorandum of Misc. Civil Application No. 98/2018 and substitute "HMP No. 45/2017" wherever "HMP no.47/07" occurs.

Consequently the amendment be made in the

2 cao1632.18 order passed by this Court on 26th June 2018 and wherever "47/2017" occurs it be substituted by "45/2017".

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
