After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that the victim was subjected for the forceful sexual assault by the present applicant. A prima facie case is made out. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
