DATE : 04.02.2015 As the registration of the first appeal was refused, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 28.10.2014 is set aside. The first appeal is restored. The appellant shall remove the office objections within four weeks, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The misc. civil application is allowed in the above terms.
