This is an application for speaking to minutes of the order dated 12.09.2024. It is stated that in para No.6 of the order there is some error which needs to be corrected.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

In para No. 6 of the order dated 12.09.2024 the words 'learned Civil Court' shall be substituted with the words 'the Arbitrator' and in the end of the para No. 6 the words 'before the learned civil Court' be added.
