DATE : 28/11/2022 Present application is filed for condonation of delay of 123 days in filing the application for restoration of second appeal. 2.

The Second Appeal (Stamp) No.8091 of 2022 was dismissed for want of removal of office objections by the learned Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 23/06/2022. However, it appars that a conditional order was passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) for removing office objections and during KOLHE

2 / 2 07-CAO 946.2022 that period inadvertently the office objections could not be removed on behalf of the appellant, as such registration was refused.

In view of the reasons given for delay, the delay is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs.One Thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur, within a period of one week.

Application is disposed of.
