DATED : 13-10-2016 Pursis Stamp No.5145/2016 is filed under the signature of Advocate stating that the persons whose names are mentioned in the pursis are legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. On the basis of this pursis, the appellant has filed the above civil applications seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. The applications are not supported by affidavit. It is stated in the applications that the affidavit may be dispensed with in view of the above referred pursis.

If the contents of pursis which are not supported by the affidavit are accepted and relying on it, the civil applications are allowed, then names of some persons will be brought on record as legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 and perhaps they may walk away with

2 pursis(st)5145.16 the amount of compensation which is the subject matter of appeal.

The Pursis Stamp No. 5145/2016 is rejected with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur either by the proposed legal heirs whose names are shown in the pursis or by the Advocate who has filed pursis without considering the consequences. The receipt showing payment shall be produced on record of this appeal within four weeks. The civil applications are filed mechanically without examining the relevant facts and therefore they are also rejected with costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. The appellant shall produce the receipt of it on record of this appeal within four weeks.
