Pending the petition, the application is taken out by the petitioner to put on record various documents and forms, which are necessary for proper adjudication of the issues so raised. The amendment application, therefore, is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two days. Petitioner to supply amended copy of the petition to the respondents.

WRIT PETITION NO. 5967 OF 2017 :

Issue notice to respondents returnable on 22.11.2017. Tender was accepted of the highest bidder. Work is stated to be completed. Petitioner, who was member of committee, is charged of accepting the said higher tender in question. Petitioner is retired now. Therefore, at this stage, considering the averments made, we are inclined to order status-quo of further enquiry.
