Respondent No.1/original claimant has filed this application for withdrawal of the remaining compensation amount with interest deposited by the appellant.

Learned counsel further submits that 50% of the compensation amount with accrued interest has already been withdrawn by respondent No.1. 3.

Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 25% of the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon with one solvent surety. Prity
