In terms of order dated 15.09.2015 the Tahsildar, Nanded has submitted report dated 03.10.2015 in which it is stated that the applicants do not have any independent source of income. It is further submitted that due verification in the matter has been undertaken. In view of aforesaid report the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Misc. civil application is disposed of.
