Parchure, Advocate for petitioners CORAM : B. R. GAVAI & V. M. DESHPANDE, JJ.
DATE : OCTOBER 25, 2016 Heard.
Any relief claimed in the petition, would be in conflict with the judgment of Their Lordships of the Apex Court in the case of Medical Council of India vs.Christian Medical College and others; 2016 (4) SCC 342. We are afraid as to whether a petition seeking such a relief can be entertained by this Court. Faced with this situation, Mr. Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court in appropriate proceedings.
Leave granted as prayed for. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
