On the earlier date, the matter was heard finally. Thereafter, it was informed to the Court by rival parties that a matter is being amicably settled. As such, today, consent terms are filed, which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The said consent terms are signed by the respective counsel and also both the parties, i.e. the present appellant-original complainant and present respondentoriginal accused. The said consent terms are also signed by the husband of the respondent as apparently, the cheques to be given to the complainant are signed by him. Under the said consent terms, three cheques mentioned therein are already given in the possession of the complainant and the receipt thereof is acknowledged by the complainant. As such, the matter is required to be disposed of in terms of consent terms filed today. As such, the proceeding between the parties is amicably settled and is compounded and therefore, the present criminal appeal is accordingly disposed of, in
