Heard Shri Anand Parchure, learned counsel for the applicants.

Shri F.T. Mirza, learned counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1040 of 2016 informs that after adjudication of writ petition finally, he cannot represent petitioners.

After hearing Shri Parchure, learned counsel, we find that the applicants claim to be placed similarly and, therefore, seek relief as given to the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1040 of 2016.

The request cannot be entertained in a disposed of writ petition. Hence, with liberty to the applicants to file appropriate petition and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the present application. No orders as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
