DATED : 25-4 -202 Relevant portion in paragraph no. 6 of the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 dated 28-11-2022 reads as under :

... And at the cost of repetition it is submitted that, there is no vacancy in the district and as soon as vacancy is created, the petitioners and other qualified persons will be given the post. ..."

In view of the above averments in affidavit in reply, as the assurance is given by respondent no. 2, the petition stands disposed of.
