The Civil Application No.2102 of 2015 is allowed.

Second Appeal St.No.453 of 2015 is restored to file.

The learned Counsel for the applicant to inform about the restoration to the non-applicants in writing.

The learned Counsel for the applicant is expected to remove all office objections within a period of six weeks.
