Petitioner was appointed as a Senior Clerk on 31st May, 2004, in the Respondent No.5-School, which is administered and managed by the State Government. Petitioner, being aggrieved by the seniority list drawn, in terms of Rule 7 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1982, filed an appeal before Respondent No.2-Director of Higher Education, Pune. The appeal being not maintainable, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. 2.

Leave granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
