(Passed on 25.09.2021) The parties have settled the matter before the panel and filed compromise terms which are marked as Article 'A'. The contents of compromise terms are read over and made to understand to the parties to which they accepted and signed on it.

On deposit of amount, it shall be disbursed equally to both the appellants.
