A challenge was raised in this Writ Petition to the order dated 31.08.2018 issued by the respondent No.1 - Tahsildar as Administrator placing the petitioner under suspension. During pendency of the Writ Petition, it is seen that enquiry that was held against the petitioner has been concluded and by the enquiry report dated 11.04.2022, the petitioner has been exonerated. Thereafter, by the order dated 13.06.2022, it has been recorded that order of reinstatement in favour of the petitioner had been issued and the pay bills for the arrears of salary had been forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary). 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrears have now been received.

In view of the aforesaid and in the light of the enquiry report, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ

The pending Civil Application is also disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise the grievance as made therein if the occasion arises.
