Learned Adv. Mr. Mandpe submits that the applicant-appellant is in jail since 30th July, 2012 and the sentence awarded is of seven years and, therefore, the sentence should be suspended.
Looking to the injuries described in para 14 of the Judgment of Trial Court, I think the appeal itself should be finally heard, and if the appeal is not heard within six months, the application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail shall be renewed.
With that relief, the application is disposed of. Office to prepare a paper-book at the earliest. Judge |hedau|
