PANSARE, JJ., DATE :- DECEMBER 16, 2022 The petitioner has sought implementation of the order dated 24.09.2018 issued under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, the SARFAESI Act). By the said order the Tahsildar and the Executive Magistrate, Nagpur City, Nagpur was directed to take possession of the mortgaged property in accordance with law. Since further steps were not being taken pursuant to this order, the petitioner has approached this Court. After the respondent no.2 was directed to furnish necessary instructions to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is informed that on 06.12.2022 the Executive Magistrate, Nagpur City, has issued notice stating therein that the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act would be implemented on 16.12.2022 which is today at 11.00 a.m.
