Heard.
No error is committed by the respondent-Committee in rejecting the claim of petitioner. The Committee has given sound and cogent reasons. The Committee has found that neither the petitioner nor the petitioner's grandfather are writing "Shah" after their name. It has been further found that the ink in the document which is referred by the petitioner is different and, therefore, the document itself is doubtful. No case is made out for interference. The petition is rejected. JUDGE JUDGE Ambulkar
